This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made on drproductions.in for access to the Dhanroop Productions Actors Directory. By completing a payment on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Payment Structure
Dhanroop Productions offers access to its Actors Directory through a one-time payment of ₹999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine only). This is not a subscription — it is a single, non-recurring charge that grants you lifetime access to the Actors Directory. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
No Refund Policy
All payments made for the Actors Directory are final and non-refundable.
Since access to the Actors Directory — a digital product — is granted immediately upon successful payment, we are unable to offer refunds once the transaction has been completed. By proceeding with the payment, you agree that:
- You are making the purchase voluntarily and with full knowledge of what the Actors Directory offers.
- You understand that no refund will be issued after access has been granted.
- Digital content, once delivered, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and therefore refund requests on the grounds of change of mind will not be entertained.
No Cancellation
As this is a one-time payment and not a recurring subscription, there is no subscription to cancel. Once purchased, your access to the Actors Directory is permanent and cannot be reversed or cancelled. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or future billing cycles associated with this payment.
Failed Transactions
If your payment fails during processing, or if the amount is deducted from your account but access to the Actors Directory is not granted, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate the matter and ensure resolution within 5–7 business days.
To report a failed transaction, please email us at contact@drproductions.in with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Transaction/payment reference ID
- Date and approximate time of the transaction
- Screenshot of the payment deduction (if available)
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases — such as a duplicate payment or a verified technical error on our end — Dhanroop Productions may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a full or partial refund. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us with supporting documentation within 7 days of the transaction date.
